Online booking requests for appointments between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM are subject to availability and may not be accepted if we are experiencing a high volume of walk-in guests or confirmed reservations that day.

Please note that your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation email from us.

If your booking request is declined by email, please contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will be happy to check the latest availability and suggest another available time.

This policy helps us manage our busiest hours fairly and provide better service to all guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
